Ancient Music for Contemporary Lives

The SIMA Library is a virtual organization, set to open in late 2011, and accessible to SIMA students. Its holdings include a collection of volumes on Indian music, and a small collection of recordings. Materials are routed to students on request to the librarian, and returned by the due date to the librarian. Late returns incur a small late fee.

Access is strictly limited to those who have a required research need for a recording. SIMA students should contact their faculty to get permission to access recordings.

To request any of these titles, please contact the SIMA librarian. Loans are made only to currently enrolled SIMA students in the Seattle area.
